October

Hi guys! I am here to do a quick update. I've returned from vacation two weeks ago and started my seond year of university. I'm glad I had a chance to rest because my school hours went crazy this semester. Besides that I'm not doing much lately besides planning to make home bubble tea. I love this drink and unfortunately, the only one close to where I live closed a long time ago. In the rest of chain shops prices raised, so I figured out I could try to make my own and save some money.

Also, planning my Halloween outfit, because it's OCTOBER! I've seen an event that seems pretty nice for this occasion, not just a regular club party. I'm not that much into drinking alcohol and I eventually get bored. We'll see how it will be.

Comfort

Hello!

Last time I've been exploiting my poor little graphic tablet, playing games and helping in a shop. I am not going out a lot since weather is super hot now where I live. Sitting in home, I tried to experiment with my hair, resulting in this blue. I can't decide if it suits me however, so don't be suprised if I will chance my color often in future! I might still dye my hair black again when I'm bored with toners.

Today's outfit is inspired by these lovely pants I forgot I have, hence a bit boy-ish look. I'm into gray a lot lately, and this is very practical in summer.

I also have a little herbs garden now on my balcony. Here you can see fresh basil leaves. I got mint from my grandma and I'm suprised how little effort it needs. I will surely have my balcony or garden covered in plants in future.

Round edge

How are you doing? I had a tiring but happy day of going around the town and printing works for school. It's an overview week and so much needs to be done still. I distracted myself by cuddling with fiance but I'm just sneaking back to work.

Today's outfit contain a lot of circles with metal rings on a shirt, glasses and brim of a hat. The shirt is a gift from my mum and it's exactly what I needed for nu-goth like style. It has a small stripes which I think adds to the texture of outfit. The hat is the most worn accessory right now, as the weather allows.

Braid and a long skirt

The days fly so fast right now. As I got involved in everyday acitivities, the time suddenly dissappeared. I'm trying to work more than in previous semester, especially that I'm pretty excited to learn subjects we've been introduced to last week. I'm also about to give a few presentations which I'm liking less.

Yesterday the weather was so nice, it reminded me of spring coming closer. It's been so warm I had to take off my coat. Now as I'm writing it the heavy sky dissappoints with its sad grayscale, unfortunately. I cannot wait to be able to go skating when it's warm. I also have loose plans about riding a bike often instead of taking a bus. We will see how it goes.

The outfit I'm wearing today is one of my favourites last time. I tend to choose the same accessories everytime since I think some bright purple details suits this kind of looks. The skirt I'm wearing is from  Italy and the necklace is from Claire's. The ring was a gift from my grandma.

I got new shoes last time from Allegro.pl. I'm happy to finally find platform boots which are not too high. They also have suede lace which is a cool detail, Now that I have quite a collection of clothes, I promise myself not to buy any for some time. In fact, I'm planning to clean my closet a bit and sell a few pieces.

The Last Thursday

I have a last few days of  rest before the university starts. The new schedule is already up on my school profile and it seems I won't have any spare time at all. I hope I can carry on with blogging though.

Today is a holiday called The Fat Thursday in Poland. Traditionally everyone buys, or sometimes prepares, a lot of ,,Pączki", a polish deep-fried pastry similar to donut, and consumes as much as they like. A holiday based on eating - now that's my kind of holiday :) Usually I don't eat pączki as they are super sweet and fat, but once a year I always try some.

I see hearts

I know what are you thinking today, commercial holiday is peeking from every corner with red hearts and cheap chocolate. For me Valentine's didn't go as expected, and I had only a short amount of time with my love. I think we will celebrate properly at the weekend, when work won't be in the way.

I took a classic romantic attire, but I couldn't resist adding a little twist :) this bag is one of two I've been painting last week. Showing some of my interest of anatomy while keeping it romantic is something I like :)

I also wear today H&M dress which I thrifted, Papercats corset and necklace which I got at Alterfair.

 I made mini bath bombs with recipe from here. I also printed a label of my idea to make a jar more fancy. Making you own cosmetics turns out to be so much fun. I think my love liked it :)

Blueberry dress

I have just woke up as I am writing. Exams left me exhausted and after a few nearly sleepless night I came back to home today and slept for three hours straight! So waking up at evening I feel like a vampire now. I hope the work pays off. Actually, I already got a big chance in front of me and I grasped it as quickly as I can. I will know if I succeed only around late spring and I keep my fingers crossed.

Yesterday's outfit is mostly from thrift finds plus some small local brands. The dress from New look is thrifted and even though it's in bad condition I enjoy wearing it. The belt is thrifted as well, the bracelet is from I am, and the key necklace is from Marufaktura. Boots were bought on Allegro.pl.

Now I come back to playing Witcher and reading the books as I am in the mild Witcher-obsession mood right now :) I can treat myself a little bit.

In the Seventh Heaven

Hello guys!

The doom time has come, by which I mean the end of semester. Who would have thought one can be so drained to no longer find pleasure even in tracing art from Batman comics and designing an original character. But I don't let sleep deprivation and stress stop me. I also have exciting diy and travel plans for the next month which I hope I can manage to fullfill.

On the photos I have my new lipstick which I worn today for the first time. It's Amethyst from Nyx Liquid Suede. While I already sold my soul for the red lipsticks and there's no turning back, this unusual ultraviolet shade is very magical and I think I will wear this a lot.

Recently I got a mini-haul in Claire's. Originally I only planned to get the bow and choker, but then being informed they had 3rd item for free, I also found this crystal necklace. I think they are all cute and can't really decide which item is my favourite.

Hi! I was going to post earlier this week, but time flies fast and a few days passed in a blink of my eye. My mind is getting busy anyway thinking about Christmas presents. Seems like this year I am fulfilling  my tradition of buiyng gifts last-minute.

Yesterday I went to Alterfair, hoping I could buy something for someone. I found a little thing that I think one person would like, and also a small thing for myself, so I am fairly satisfied. Later I went to east sushi with my fiance. We also continued watching the series we started together last time, How to get away with murder. This show keeps us in suspence and I recommend watching it. I am curious for seasons 2 and 3.

Yesterday's outfit included thrifted h&m lace dress I love and new overknee boots from Allegro.pl. I was in need of some casual footwear which would also keep my calves warm. These ones are nice and also have a cute lace-up detail on back.

Time does not return

I'm showing you my outfit of today. Seems like it's one of most worn last time. I just found this skirt last month and I really enjoy the color and texture. It seems it's the only skirt I have that is not black. For me velvet resembles of historical robes, especially renaissance. Too bad people don't wear these kind of clothing today. I'd love at least attending a real ball once so I could put on long gown.

Today I am in suprisingly good mood which made me excited for lecture about graphic design. I'm looking forward for tomorrow though when I finally end the first season of a series I'm currently watching.

Locked up in metal bones

Last week was very exhausting for me due to school duties. Yesterday I completed movie poster for one of classes and seems that now I can slow down a little. Especially that waking up today to the falling snow reminded me of upcoming winter, what means: Christmas. It always makes me feel like a child again, seeing these beautiful illuminated trees and smelling these scents of burning candles, oranges and fresh snow. I think there is some magic in these holidays like no others have.

What made me happy last time that I ordered a corset last week and it already arrived to me. It's a classic matte black underbust from Papercats. It's a big deal since I've always loved corsets, but I only had the soft ones with plastic boning so far and this time it's a real steel one. I was lucky to get it for a half price of a brand that's already not expensive. Today I dediced to give it a try and wore it all day and, to my suprise, it's quite comfortable. I ordered an XS size and I was worried it would be too tight, but it's just right. And it gives the figure a nice hourglass shape with defined waist. I will surely wear it a lot. If I had to rate it, I would give it a 5/5.

Le Cirque

 Today's outfit is combination of newly thrited skirt that's very comfortable and a blouse I've been into lately. The black and white stripes, black lace and red details remind me a bit of circus aesthetics which I'm liking a lot.

 The previous week was very busy. I had a few mid-term works to do and new comissions. Also tomorrow is my first test from japanese. I'm very happy I can learn a new language, especially this one is unlike ony other I've learned before, with very different cultural origin and writing system. I have always been interested in learning foreign languages, so I plan to learn many more. I hope I can go to Japan someday to use the knowledge in practice.

Melancholy spirit

The autumn melancholy is starting to pick me up it seems. I lack the energy and I was falling asleep in today's class. The work is building up already and I feel bad that I can't push myself to work as hard as I should... But at least the artwork themes are mostly fun and I enjoy seeing my progress in using computer programs. I always like to have evidence of a job done, doing something in repeat frustrates me.

 On the other topic, I am wearing today my new tunic/ dress. I bought it in low price and it got me immediately. It's made of very soft, stretching material, and the asymmetrical hemline adds interesting shape to the whole outfit. I think it would look good also with leggings.
